This first-floor apartment is in beautiful downtown Jamestown, RI. The property is a short walk from the East passage beach, marinas, shops, and the Newport Ferry. You'll be able to stroll to local restaurants, the market, the Jamestown Art Center, and Recreation Center - all within a few blocks. For military personnel - the Navy base is approximately 3 miles away, over the Newport bridge.

The property boasts a beautiful Koi pond for a peaceful retreat. You will be provided one off-street parking spot.

This furnished apartment with a private entrance is suitable for one or two people. It has one bedroom, a private bath, a living room with a large screen T.V., and a kitchen. In the basement there is a coin operated laundry room.

Amenities: A new king bed and sitting area for the bedroom arrived in December 2024. Living room sofa, coffee table, chair, appliances, and bistro table. Sheets, blankets and towels, and many of the conveniences of home are included.

This is a non-smoking, no pets apartment. No exceptions.

Appliances Included: Microwave, Electric Oven, Refrigerator, Electric Stove, and coffee maker.
